Basically the same situation. Roman's title has the same lineage as the WWE belt and Seth's title is called the World title so it probably has the same lineage.

If you want the full timeline, both of those were unified into the WWE title, then they made the Universal title, which is still considered separate but for practical purposes has basically been unified with the WWE title into the Undisputed title. This year they made the new WHC, which does not carry the lineage of the old WHC.
