Clearly steroids. That being said, if you think it takes 4 months to get jacked you have never worked out. About 1 month of smart lifting and a decent diet will give you results, it's the size combined with the muscle tone that makes it clearly steroids. AJ looks like he bulked up for about 3 months and then did a cutting cycle for about a month.

That's a myth. Most dudes work out too hard. You just need to work out consistently and give your body time to recover. The recovery part is mainly what steroids help with. Also with cutting. Literally, 20 pushups in the morning and at night will give you decent arms. You still have to not eat like shit, drink alcohol, or smoke weed.

I watched an interview with Styles recently where he said that he enjoys wrestling but at this point in his life it's not his passion and that he wants to focus on his kids before they get too old so it doesn't make sense to me why he'd start roiding to looks swole for wrestling now.

Its luck of the draw. Some get more heart enlargement and plaque in the arteries from gear than other due to genetic differences. Of course taking reasonable dosages and not abusing the shit out of them (which a lot of guys back in the day did) helps.
