The elite narrative tended to always come out second as well, after the Punk side had leaked some allegation. Like Punk would claim the elite kicked the doors in and came to start a fight, then you'd find out later that the elite were accompanied by the heads of talent relations and legal and "kicking the doors in" was apparently a figure of speech. It was pretty obvious that if Punk had just shut up the drama would have ended.
