paul bearer filled the role of a manger better IMO, maybe it’s just because he made my childhood favorites, taker and kane, much more interesting but his gimmick just sticks in my brain between the weird voice great promos and the look. heyman might be objectively the best but paul bearer is my personal favorite.

Heyman is only considered one of the best of all time because he has no active contemporaries in the space wwe gives him. Both percy and cornette could run circles around paul e AND stay in character while they did it.
