Since Survivor Series I've beginning to think it's the latter. Him losing as clean as he did the last time to Rollins was one thing but if they're going to do it again next week, and then the loss in war games. It's all made what was a really incredible heel turn look incredibly ineffective

I would be all for this. Sami beating Drew for the belt? But there's no way Seth/Punk isn't main eventing one night and Roman the other. Hate to be someone who'd be bitching either way but it'd be such an empty gesture to have that in the opener or even worse in the middle of the card

Unironically this. Punk vs Rollins at Mania should NOT be for a belt because Rollins has had if for too long and Punk needs to be as far away from the title picture as possible.
Here's my schizo fantasy booking
>Punk costs Seth title at Day 1
>Punk is about to win the Rumble, Seth costs him the Rumble win
>Gunther wins Rumble
>Cody wins Chamber for title shot
>Mania card is Seth x Punk, Gunther x McIntyre, Cody x Roman
I don't know how they'd get the Intercontinental title off Gunther between now and Mania though for him to beat Drew there.

Not only is there this hurdle but both of these guys are heels so that'd be a hell of a uphill battle to sort out. Personally I feel like once Gunter finally does drop the IC belt he needs to go a decent stretch without any belt at all otherwise it's just going to feel like it bleeds into this IC reign and it'd grow stale super quick
