Stop clenching. Stop over masturbating. Don't sit for too long, especially when masturbating. Do exercises that relax the pelvic floor and/or stretch the areas around it. Strengthen glutes and core muscles.
A lot of young men have sexual problems and issues with the pelvic floor are often the case. No shit these problems are on the incline at a time when more people are becoming shut ins and chronic masturbators. Masturbation doesn't need to be avoided but it should be moderated and done mindfully.
For years I was putting undue pressure on my pelvic floor. Long masturbation sessions while edging, lots of sitting, unnecessary clenching. I had erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and lost nocturnal erections.
I did the above and it improved everything. Doctors are mostly useless in this area, even urologists. They'll give you viagra or cialis, and if those don't work push for dangerous surgery. For young men it's rarely a penis problem. You're just too tight, and it's an area that takes a lot of focus to loosen and relax.
