I think Carder's the only guy you could really make a case for here since he worked with Phil multiple times and seems to have a positive impression of him. Carder isn't really the type to air dirty laundry and bury people though, I don't think I've ever heard him say anything negative about Shawn even though everyone knows the Wrestlemania XIV story.
