I watch and enjoy both feds, Some of my main gripes with AEW are the shitty booking. I mean Christ, just get somebody, anybody. I would get Russo just because of the insane amount of controversy and online buzz that would create. People would lose their minds. I don't like giant 8/6 man tag matches. This is how a 12 year old would book, Absolutely no storylines and embarrassingly cringe skits. The presentation and camera work are poorly done. How many times have you seen a wrestler do a drop kick or other move and the camera cuts away at the moment of impact to a shitty camera angle? It happens often. I don't know why WWE smarks feel the urge to constantly shit on it, because it feels more like a "mega-indie" rather than actual competition like WCW was. WWE fans should relax and stretch their legs instead of acting like complete psychos about AEW.
My biggest gripe with WWE is too much non-wrestling content. I want to see actual matches not a ton of promos, skits, and other nonsense. Sometimes there are only 3-4 matches on these lengthy shows and it bores me. I stopped watching WCW back in the day because there was too much talking. I am starting to feel the same way about modern WWE. However, I think this non-wrestling content is the reason many watch.
NXT, Impact/TNA, NWA feel very bush league to me and I don't watch them.
