No, that's how PG Era Vince booked a challenger, either that or they win a non-title match to earn a title match with the same person at the PPV, which they lose, which Tony has also done. Riho doesn't need to be built up for their fanbase, nothing changes from this except you get a rushed, botched match and burn through what could have been material for one whole program, then have a PPV match with no story besides 'you attack ME!? I attack YOU!!' and you're left with nothing to do but have a random tournament or gimmick match to determine the next challenger. Link me one segment that develops any story to this feud besides them attacking each other, or anything that develops any character, or any proof this is drawing any money whatsoever.

Okay once in a while to just have a feud with no story, but not constantly and preferably not when the matches aren't good and nobody believes she will win and even if she did win there would be no story or point to it. The other week there was an episode with 5 segments in a row that ended with run-in attacks. Imagine the hype package for this compared to a WWE or NJPW package, it's just going to be them attacking each other.
