It’s a concentration of a chemical that occurs naturally in hemp. When you smoke actual cannabis flower, the level of d8 is low, so a d8 concentrate is a bunch of flower condensed to make that much d8. D8 also give less of a “head” high, that’s why it feels less potent to you. The trick is, to hit the vape harder than you would with regular weed.
