Eh, she has a great henchman look and she's been on the indies forever, they thought they were getting a usable gatekeeper/jobber to the stars like they use Nyla now.

When they realized she's much worse than even Nyla is, they got rid of her pretty quickly

They only keep Nyla because she's a tranny, and firing their only tranny looks bad.
They only got rid of Mel because Brandi, her only vouching mark backstage, accidentally buried her by dropping the feud, then went AWOL and fired.

They could've had Mel turning on Brandi in a mini Dark feud, but they suck.

I don't watch as much anymore but it seems like Nyla has good 5 minute formula matches with smaller opponents - get some heat, sell the comeback, lose. There's always a place for that
