Anon, she's young and an over champ in the era of record breaking title reigns; Trips is going to give her a title run long enough to make Roman seethe with jealousy. The first half of her reign was booked like shit but they've done better in recent months with making her seem like a legit champion. She's massively over but the only problem I see is the lack of serious competition for her. Roman has been able to go through numerous previous champions or wrestlers that seemed like they could take the title. The only two feuds I see left with the current RAW roster for Rhea are Liv Morgan, when she returns, and Becky Lynch.
