It's seriously fucking sad how wrestling fans have no loyalty to performers anymore. It's all about brand loyalty now. Pledging your undying allegiance to a promotion, a corporation, a faceless logo. Hardcore AEW fans were parading this guy as their next big thing. Now some of those same people, and I know it isn't all of them, but some of those same people are turning on him. God forbid the PROMOTION weather any amount of bad publicity, because this dude sang along to some fucking stupid song or whatever. Fuck everything else Swerve has done for them, fuck how he mutilated himself for that deathmatch everybody shit their pants over. Tony Khan and AEW will ALWAYS be more important, right?
I don't give a fuck who signs this bulbasaur's checks. I am a fan of professional wrestling and I don't want to see any potential stars get their flames put out over something so petty. If you do, then go fuck yourself.
