>>12739827That's not really saying anything though. WWE is almost exclusively signing people in their very early 20s to low-risk contracts, and looking for diamonds in the rough. Anyone that wrestled before landing in WWE is routinely excluded from the list of people that WWE "developed", even if they deserve some credit. Nobody is giving NXT credit for Seth Rollins, PAC, Kevin Owens, etc, even though they clearly developed key elements of their presentation there, and became much less "rough around the edges".
Wrestling isn't just about one person in a ring, performing moves to themselves. You can be a great wrestler and do all the moves, but if you keep hurting other performers, you won't be booked. There's a reason why the biggest stars are almost always in their 30s and have 10-15+ years of experience
Who was the last College Football walk on to become an NBA Pro Bowler or All-Pro? That's the equivalent of the statement you're making right now. But who would blame the NFL team for not turning a walk-on into a superstar? WWE is looking to fill out their roster, not create the next Rock or Stone Cold from scratch.
And even if they do, there will be an entire chorus of dishonest trannies saying "Yeah well Bron is only big because he got the sufferin succotash Roman Reigns mega-push. If he was in muh Dub or muh NJPW, he wouldn't even be a curtain jerker". The goalposts must always move.
