Storm could promo, legitimately, and could get huge amounts of heat on the mic from just his promo intros. OPs full of shit saying he should've been a 'top star' he wasn't by any means a top mic worker but was absolutely fine as a talker, with reasonable levels of charisma. Should easily have been an IC Title tier guy in WWE, maybe a filler main event title match on TV or a C-list PPV to job to a guy needing to pad his run out. He wasn't a Dean Malenko type who had zero charisma or ability to talk, or a Benoit- Benoit had way more intensity & physical charisma but Storm was a better talker, smoother and more composed on the mic.
