Yes. He benefited from the steroid scandal and was elevated from mid carder, where he belonged, to main events. Sure he could work but he was basic and not very entertaining. Overrated. That elevation got to his head and made him think he was a big star when he was not. So he withered away and was mercifully put down by someone who sure as shit couldn't work but was a true star
