Omori has been wrestling the curtain jerker pretty frequently. I think it is less about some power struggle and more to do with the fact he is old, busted, and just can't go at a time when the company is trying to rebuild with younger talent. I wouldn't be surprised if Yoshitatsu got the boot soon.

He literally got handed the Triple Crown in his first match with AJPW. They are pretty much building the entire promotion around him and his preferred style of stiff worked shoot stuff. Hell he spent Christmas night having a private dinner with Shinma Hashi the current president of AJPW regarding the future of AJPW. Nakajima is the face of AJPW now, and for the foreseeable future.

Takao Omori started wrestling for All Japan in 1992, left in 2000, and then returned in 2011.
