i work in a small regional hotel bar. So small, we literally have 1 tv and it’s just me working. I like to put on wrestling every night i’m working, and i’ll put on AEW when WWE isn’t on. Everyone loves it. Wrestling brings out such a pure joy in people, even those who have never watched it. One thing i’ve noticed though is that AEW is vastly unpopular with normies. I’ll put it on, and people will assume it’s WWE or not even realize it’s different promotions. People will also comment on how AEW “looks fake,” while when WWE is on, people will talk about how cool the characters are and pop for a cool move. Just somethings i’ve noticed.
