Not really. Its pretty boring and their hour long episodes feels twice as long. Check out NJPW Strong if you want something to watch in the background. Its entirely free on youtube right now. Their pandemic episodes are awful but it picks up after.

If it's still on their Youtube as VODs, I'd check out the Dynasty (MJF, Richard Holiday, and Hammerstone) vs. Hart Foundation 2.0 (Teddy Hart, Brian Pillman Jr., and Davey Boy Smith Jr.) feud. Was from 2018 into 2019 I think. Was kino not only in ring but especially in vignettes.
Current MLW seems kinda boring but I haven't really watched since they released Teddy Hart.

I was watching when Dario Cueto was in charge, and Hammerstone and Holliday were the best parts of the show. Hammerstone is now leaving though, and while Holliday is returning for a title match its unclear if he's resigned or not.

Still hoping one or more turn out to be part of The Devil storyline.
