This is something else everyone seems to be glancing over. If it was a one time thing I'd say hey yeah smoke and fire and whatnot. But how many places has she done this? Not saying for sure either way but when she hasn't even made any accusations herself and it's just everyone trying to play detective it is a very different situation compared to what we saw during speaking out for example

An NDA stops you from talking about work related information. You can't have an NDA stop you from lying or answering a question without disclosing the information. You've had your tiny brain broken by Tony's cope excuses for avoiding questions.
Further, if she did have an ametionally scarring experience in a wrestling company than there is every likelihood that she would become uncomfortable working in another wrestling locker room and with friends of the people who caused her distress.
This isn't hard to figure out.

Also, there's the whole fact that NDAs are not legally binding if there's criminal misconduct involved like, say, sexual assault. If something had happened to Kylie Rae, anything like that, an NDA would not prevent her from speaking out about it, or bringing a civil suit against Jericho with formal allegations.

None of these things happened.

This. Even if it is true she's not at all the one who decided to come forward with it or say anything about it.
