The mental gymnastics I keep seeing are
1. Kylie never publicly addressed the rumors so she didn't consider it rape
2. Hausman bringing this up forced to confirm the rumors
1+2= Hausman, under CM Punk's orders, pushed the story therefor making something that wasn't rape before into rape

Ergo CM Punk is responsible for Kylie Rae being raped.
