>>12808514Most sexual harassment/advances doesn't rise to the level of being criminal. Why do you think Bill O'Reilly paid out so many settlements before Fox fired his ass? Because there was no crime, but they got sick of having to pay out tens of thousands of dollars because Bill couldn't shut the fuck up and be a professional.
Nobody here is arguing Kylie is the next Charlotte Flair, let alone the next Riho. She's clearly a woman with problems. But to what extent did her insecurity, quirkiness, etc, lead Jericho (and/or others?) to allegedly try to isolate her, get her alone (perhaps after she'd already had a drink or two) and put the moves on her? Has Jericho done this in the past? Have other AEW talents done this in the past, and if so, were those women given money in exchange for signing NDAs?
If Kylie doesn't have an NDA, then there's a really very very very very VERY fucking easy way to make this all go away: Tony Khan needs to announce on Twitter that he does not sign and will not acknowledge the existence of any sort of Non-Disclosure Agreement; and if any talent believes they have an agreement or contract term or signed piece of paper that could be treated as an NDA, he encourages them to come forward, contact the AEW Legal Department, and he will personally VOID any such language of any such document.
Done. That's it, it's that simple.
Only he won't do it, because then countless ex-AEW talents who are currently under post-employment agreements will simultaneously SHIT all over him and start airing dirty laundry, and he can't and won't tolerate that. He paid GOOD MONEY for their silence, why should they be able to reneg?
