On 4chan, if you act like a faggot, you get called a faggot. Nothing is off limits, but its still also more right-wing than left wing in its user based (probably due to the 2014 events and so on), so if you express left wing ideologies, there is a high chance of someone calling you a cuckold.
Still there is always a chance for some cunt to be insulted by your post and spam report it cuz it hurt their feefees
tl;dr: 4chan is more open about its userbase's behavour, whereas Twitter is more rose-tinted with a massive dose of censorship
