He fucked over WCW cause he knew the executives didn't even watch it but just read Meltzer reports.He started trashing it and the guy in charge of WCW was friends with Vince so they cut a deal to sell WCW for 4.3 MILLION to Vince while Bishoff was trying to put together 41 mill to buy it from Warner. Thats how fucked that situation was.
