Outside of high school which was a long time ago this has never happened to me. Even on dates which seem like a big fear here.

The key to all of this is being confident and secure in what you enjoy. I used to be the biggest wrestling nerd. No one in my class enjoyed or even cared about it. But I used to read wrestling books in class and eventually, people who weren't interested started asking me about it.

I used to post memes on ig about wrestling which led to some people who didn't even watch wrestling to ask me about it.

I stopped watching wrestling in 2001 when I was a kid when I started to pay more attention to girls than my childish hobbies.

I only got back into it in 2017 when I was already a settled, 30+ year old man.

When anyone tries ripping me for liking wrestling I just tell them I only watch it to unwind when I want something I can switch my brain off while watching. Pretty much everyone drops it there and then. I'm not telling too big of a lie either. I do love wrestling and watch at least 5 hours of it a week, but I'm not a nerd about it or a wrestling historian or anything. I post about it and read the gossip, but it doesn't get in the way of my life or stop me having other hobbies. Anyone who tries to give you shit for liking things is an insecure faggot.
