Black Saturday happened 40 years ago, this July.
Black Saturday is when Vince bought the TBS timeslot by acquiring Georgia Championship Wrestling.
It didn't work then, but now they have Raw, and WBD has TBS, and WBD really wants CM Punk, and Raw has CM Punk.

The WWE is doing the Raw rights deal with WBD for Raw to go to TBS this year.
