My childhood with WWE was late Attitude era and all the way up to early Cena era, so 2000 to early 2005. I barely remember Nitro, maybe I have memories of watching it with my cousins but I was very little.

Late 2000's a lot of 90s kids missed out on having Jeff Hardy as their childhood hero. Dude was cool af.

I still hate CM Punk for kicking Jeff out the company even if it was cause Jeff was addicted to drugs.

Was teenage stoner and ECW being on after midnight was so comfy, but so was being younger coming home after church and watching earthquake squash warriors back on superstars. My earliest wrestling memories is probably Piper Capt Lou Cindy Lauper stuff. Had the old rubber toys neighbor had Adrian Adonis what a fag. Fav wresler of that era was Jake the Snake.
Would also watch WCW on TBS and WCCW and AWA on ESPN. Always though it was cool those guys like Kerry Von Erich coming out to TomSawyer , the RoadWarriors coing out to Iron Man, the Steiners to Welcome to the Jungle and Samoan Swat Team to the Halloween movie theme. Clash of the Champions felt like a back to school event since it was often the week or two of September.

Hehe, I am ancient. Undertaker locking UW in casket was the first thing I ever saw about wrestling. I was about 4 years old at the time.

Rock 'n' Wrestling era. The first big match I remember is Hulk Hogan vs Andre the Giant from The Main Event in 1988.

I have two first memories of wrestling. One was the finish of an hbk bulldog match that had bulldog unable to toss him over on a middle rope sos slam, and shawn got the pin. My other is the build for the kamala taker casket match.
But I know before that I was renting every vhs the video store had, so I saw all the big wwf shows from 85/86 on
So the post golden era dark ages is the wrestling of my childhood that got me hooked

When I was a young'un my grandfather took me to see Earl Caddock vs Joe Stecher for the world's heavyweight title, they tussled for 3 hours and it was nothing but action the whole way through. They don't build them like that any more.

Late stage WWWF is as far back as I remember actually watching. Golden era was where I fell in love with wrestling for the first time.

Primary Childhood memories are Nexus, NXT season 1, Jeff Hardy being champion, Vladimir Kozlov's big push, Shawn vs Taker, Laycool, Shawn Michaels retiring, Straight Edge Society for WWE. For TNA it's Main Event Mafia, Knockouts Division's Peak, Beginning of the Hogan Era. So that era.
