I used to wake up with dead arms and legs flopping around that took minutes to get moving again, so something was stopping the blood flow,
I also used to chain smoke 50-100 cigarettes a day, which probably didn't help anything,
Anyway, if you ever get a suddenly dead/numb left arm, with pain in your back or middle chest/or with a numb face, worth getting checked out and taking some Aspirin
