If a bell rings, it's happening one time. And it's probably the last time for Rock.
I still think he's going to do a Steve Austin vs KO thing: it can't be sold as an actual match because it needs a lot of smoke and mirrors to hide his rust/limitations.
I could see "Rock calls out Roman at Perth" and that's all it's sold as. They have an in ring standoff, cut promos on each other and then they decide to have an impromptu "fight" which is a sub 10 minutes walk and brawl.
That's enough to be a great segment and pop the crowd. And you could sell a stadium on that alone. But its tough to sell that spot as the Mania main event slot so I can see why they're doing it in one of the other big stadium shows. (Plus there's still two advertised chamber matches for the crowd)
If it's not that scenario, I wonder if Rock is at Perth to announce he's the Host/Ringside Enforcer for Roman's match at WM40.
He can physically stop Solo and Jimmy, he can hand the belt to Cody, he can raise Cody's hand for the photo op. He can Rock Bottom Roman after the match like how Tyson KO'ed HBK at WM14
