When NXT got boring as fuck and they heard Chris Jericho was going to New Japan, they jumped to New Japan.
You know that shitty as fuck era when Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, The Bucks, and Cody monopolized the main event scene? It was meant to carter to these dumb fucks.
Then, when AEW started, they jumped to AEW.
