I don't really like Kenny/The Bucks or KO/Sami. Pretty much despise the entire PWG pipeline - but nothing in wrestling has ever been gayer than that fucking Ricochet/Ospreay match.

I know you all are fags who pretend or like talentless muscle heads like gayback. But something definitely happened in the 2010s. Whatever shaped the 2000s indie guys into amazing talents went away. Most guys don’t give a shit if their shit even looks good just that they get to do it. Everyone wants to play death match even though that was considered shameful.

Whenever someone comes along that has the potential to reach that level, their development usually hits a ceiling as they get scooped up by a big promotion. Daniel Garcia is a prime example. He was having a great run on the indies, landed in AEW, was forced onto TV long before he was ready and now he's a joke with a dancing gimmick that wants to leave the company.

Wrestling has been slowly dying for a long time anyway. If anything I kinda admire some of them because they managed to make a living in a dying bussiness
I think that the ones that kinda hurt wrestling were the Four Horsewomen, the Bucks and maybe the Shield.
The first made people start to pretend that women's wrestling could be at the same level than men's wrestling, which isn't the case, it can be a upper midcard act as best.
The Bucks made a lot of guys think that they could success by doing the flppy goofy shit.
The Shield isn't bad, they're actually pretty good, but the way they have been pushed regardless of anything else has been pretty bad
I guess you could also say that Punk made the worked shoot thing popular, which hasn't been exactly positive, but he's fine for the most part.
The rest are fine or irrelevant for the most part (Ricochet, KO, etc). Isn't like there was a bunch of talented wrestlers that were ignored because of their pushes

I don't think the Four Horsewomen had a major long term negative effect on the business. Women's wrestling was already on course to become what it is now. Britt Baker would still exist.
