If you weren't a Star Wars fan before the prequels came out, you'll never understand, but I was expecting some Armageddon Now/Heart of Darkness tier shit.
I wanted to see the war break Anakin, the attrition and loss of comrades driving him to more extreme options to try and win a war that maybe wasn't going very well for the Republic and the Jedi.
Instead, we got some retarded "I hate sand" and "Where's Padme?" kiddie shit.
Most disappointing shit ever.
