Ibushi is retarded and thinks stem cells alone will perfectly heal injuries. The reality is that you need surgery, THEN stem cells for the best result. If you tear a muscle or break a bone and try to get it to heal naturally then there is no guarantee the bone sets in the perfect place or that the torn muscle will magically connect and reattach in a perfect alignment, at worst it won't heal at all and you'll be deformed, at best it will heal but be misaligned and cause future issues. Parts of the bone or muscle could just be hanging off and 'seal' that way, and taking stem cells can help strengthen or reduce scar tissue but will not align your fucked up shit, it could actually make the muscle worse if it just seals the wound and takes away scar tissue from a muscle before it reattachs. The only places that give you enough stem cells are mostly third world countries as well, or else millionaire athletes would go to Japan where they have highly trained professionals, and not a third-world shithole.
