It's basically the TV champion but updated since traditional TV is dying. I think they "borrowed" the idea from Cardona. It beats having the TV titles literally named after the networks like AEW.

Well, the Knockouts World Championship, Knockout Tag Team and the World Championship titles are left. My guess the The Knockouts Tag Team title. They will most likely leave the World Championship title last or the Knockouts World Championship title if they want to come off as ultra progressive.

Plus funny enough TNA did have a TV championship though it had more names than Johnny TV since it was the Legends championship, the TV championship, the Global championship (no, not the one that was the world title when Global Force Wrestling merged with Impact), and then finally the King of the Mountain championship.
