For an analytics/stats guy, Tony sure does allow a lot of logic oversights in his promotion. Like yes Hook has only lost one match, but his win 'quality' has been bad outside of beating Jack Perry, so why does he skyrocket above TNT, International or Continental Title to a World Title shot?
