To me as a viewer it's basically indifferent unless your finisher is like a piledriver that straight up murders you, that your opponent would fail around after the jobs already done...kinda like boxer who is so knocked out standing he thinks he can still fight after the referee counts him out for looking at the ceiling with one eye and his shoes with the other.
