Goddayum, he was funny as hell. Dude used to drive in a golf cart, cut a heel promo about how he is busy with his job while mexicans are 'unemployed' & that 'white is right'. Gave future 2-time world champ & NJPW legend Dolph Ziggler a reason to exist. Even his creation was some sort of inside joke about Chavito being "too white" for a Hispanic. An absolute shame that this awesome character got axe'd after his family member untimely passed away.
