>>12968864Because AEW fans don't care about execution, they don't care about things looking good, they care about the sequences. Do a long, epic sequence that is conceptually cool? That's enough. Caring for the actual quality of execution is "nitpicking". That's why they mark for matches where the talent does 100 things, none of which look good.
It's fucking bleak when you switch to NJPW and see people making simple worked forearms look better than the elongated sequences they have in AEW.
