ACL injuries are super common in high level women athletes. There are ways to prevent it with exercise and warm ups, but kek sloppy shop.

This is true for sure. Runner's knee and all that. There was definitely something very wrong with the training they were undergoing at one point though when there was a mass casualty of that many ACLs all at once. I think I've read they've changed that up since but the damage is still done. Some of these girls' careers are going to be needlessly shorter for it and then the ones who have managed to stay healthy may just be timebombs like Cora's. Shitty and very unfortunate situation all around

Their strength and conditioning coach is some ugly weightlifter woman who has everyone doing these shitty weightlifting exercises that destroy the women's knees because they're way smaller than her and their bodies aren't supposed to be doing those exercises or lifting that much.
