I remember he was asked that in an old mailbag Observer Radio ep and he really struggled to give a straight answer. He does train while watching which is why he's always been jacked.

Dave probably watches modern stuff for "work" and then autistically rewatches all his old favorites on rotation. so I'd say about 16 hours of wrestling a day.
