Although for a personal anecdote, the trashiest crowd I ever saw was at a JCW show at a Gathering of the Juggalos. Us smarks were watching yard tards have matches all day (the weirdest ones usually being actual indie guys having real matches for the Hell of it as opposed to juggalos bumping like they see on TV) and we watched "Wrestling Training" aka "Mad Man Pondo abuses marks" so we understood every wrestler booked was into this clown shit. Well, a bunch of people came for the main show who didn't watch that shit and they didn't like Pondo being an anti-ICP juggalo hater so they flicked pennies at him like seniors to freshmen on week one of high school. One hit him in the eye and got him, on his knees, to break kayfabe and ask "Y'all know this shit is fake, right?" This is a man who has been bumped onto a bed of sharpened number two pencils, light tube glass cabins, and many other devices that exist only for pain, and he was taken down by juggalos with spare change. It really made me rethink being associated with the fan base (but I still have love for jugganerd smarks because I get it.)
