Black fathers feel the same way about their daughters: they want them to marry black men. This is natural. It's not racist to recognize that when a white person and a black person have kids, those kids are neither white nor black, and genetically they are further distant from grandparents et. al. because half of their genes are from a different race.
Racism is hatred for another race or belief in your own race's superiority over others. Wanting your grandkids to be the same race as you is not racist.
