Too many potential top stars have been jobbed out, wasted, and left aside to grow cold because every champion needs a year+ long reign or it isn't a real reign. This isn't the territories era where you get to see them every once in a great while when they come to your town. We see them wrestle every week on TV and then we see them even more on social media as well. Overexposure happens faster than it ever has. People are sick of Seth, they were sick of MJF, they are turning on people who were over before they got the strap. Roman is hardly showing up to work anymore. Not because he's lazy, but because there's hardly anything for him to do at this point. Why defend on a Smackdown when you know it will never change hands on a Smackdown?
