He turned at Superbrawl 98, but he was white lightning and shit, and mainly a comedy guy and trying to get his character together. That was a chunk of that year.
By the time he fully comes to in 99, it's basically over. He gets injured by Spring. He comes back and he's an amazing character but clearly can't do anywhere near as much in the ring.
