>>12990175Really amazing how it shits on everything today.
>Angle comes in with actual speed>Brock misses, Angle launches attacks on Jindrak + Jones in the meantime. Brock wastes no time and tries to get footing to get back on Angle.Today, Angle would go in slow motion, Brock would miss and just stand and wait for the spot, then turn around and try to stop him. It'd be obvious.
>Angle hits two germans instead of three because he has to deal with others.>Others come in but correctly sell, so Jindrak goes in first gets hit, then Jones is coming in as Angle is mid move.Today, they'd come in together one would just stand there like a fucking idiot and watch his teammate get hit. On another note, Brock is using the ropes to help him up and isn't just no-selling everything. While Angle is on fire here, it's amazing how underrated Brock is at selling. I think he's one of the best, especially for a guy his size.
>Jones fucks up a bit, still tries to go for the spot, Angle sees this and hits him so it doesn't look as stupid. >A-Train and Brock time their spots perfectly, so it doesn't look like theyt're up at the same time, but rather can only stop Kurt right after the impact of the move. The funniest thing is that guys like A-Train, Jones and Jindrak were seen as shitters, but we have guys today who have been in for like 2 decades who still have no idea how to build to simple-ass spots like this. I can't imagine WWE or AEW doing this spot correctly without it coming off completely telegraphed or someone not fucking it up because they need to get their shit in.
