>Edge exploits a loophole in the stipulation in 2006
>RVD uses the stipulation to his advantage but certainly doesn't exploit a loophole, also in 2006
>Ever since then, ~>90% of "cash-ins" has been in the form of an ambush to steal the title
>Now MITB holders regularly attempt ambush cash-ins then back off and continue holding the briefcase
>The world title is now the hardcore 24-7 title for whoever who wins a yearly ladder match
>Almost anyone who holds MITB and loses it or fails a cash in is insta-buried (Kennedy, Sandow, Theory)
>Successful ambush cash-in devalues the world title
>Now muh womyn have their own MITB
>even Tony R Khan and surely a bunch of other indies have stolen the concept
I don't care if it's a convenient plot device, or that it adds unpredictability to title matches, in kayfabe the loophole should have been closed 18 years ago
