You can't even do that, the matchmaking is so broken that you need over 1k people online to reliably find matches. People haven't been able to play this online since a week or two after it launched. Xbox players couldn't find matches on day one.

It's clear what's happening is they're shitting out the same DLC they were contractually obligated to release from the start, complete with old looks and a shambolic level of quality control. Fight Forever along with the Midway retro sports remakes that didn't sell are a good example of how the market for this kind of game isn't big enough to offset modern production costs. They're stuck in between the modern feature-rich AAA releases and the old copies of retro games that you can still play

I did actually see FF getting a bit of initial attention from modders, including making gameplay tweaks, but they've gone out of their way to make it more and more unmoddable with every update so everyone's dropped it. Anyone that was hoping fans would fix the game can rest easy.

That game was boring as hell until his Arcade & Gangs update. It got way better when I changed most of the characters into a bunch of fat greasy Italian guys from The Sopranos & had them all join the same gang under Tony Soprano. What's hilarious is that Walter White from Breaking Bad is in Old School by default. I forgot what he teaches though since he'll most likely punch you if he walks in your way.
