RVD should have been the guy for the early 2000's, he was in his prime, he was over AF with ease, had a unique Moveset, smoking weed was still seen as edgy and cool, legit martial artist which would have made for good matches with guys like Brock and angle, can do high flying so would have had good matches with hardy and Jericho, he was the perfect guy for that time so ofcourse hunter had to make sure he was buried to protect his own spot
