Wrestling was at its peak when the main event stars looked jacked but had realistic 'fighter' physiques that you can take seriously, not bodybuilding larger than life Olympic physiques. If you look at Hogan's body he was never huge in the sense of being jacked, he had huge mass, but his veins and abs weren't popping out. Flair, as well. The Ultimate Warrior physique is cringe for wrestling because these types just look like fucking bodybuilding poofters.
Even if you take Brock, for example, in his prime he looked huge, but he was never ripped. I don\'t know, these types of physiques make me think that these guys can kill me (even if they cant and they are shit fighters, it's the belief that is there). When someone is quite obviously roided with veins popping out from everywhere, I just can't take him seriously for some reason.
