They still had a direction on where to go but they would be free to do so. >>13028113that's more of WWE's fault though. Wrestlers these days are not allowed to get over, they do not even have the freedom to do so. It's the brand that is supposed to be over. When you feed all your potential stars to a single guy who is at the top and is 'destined' to be the main guy, you remove any potential from the rest of the cast. WWE has also abandoned much of the sports and big fight feeling it had back in the day. Now it's all about comedy entertainment for the family.
